Month of Coordination

Congrats on doing the heavy lifting. We’ll take it from here! We'll be your backstage crew making sure vendors are in their proper places and we’re there to solve any problems that arise.

  • T- 1 month: Our formal knowledge transfer begins to help us become experts on your vision.

  • T- 3 weeks: We have a wrap up consultation called our “Passing the Baton” meeting where we walk through all the details of your event. We can hold this meeting in person for venues located in Austin or Bastrop.

  • T- 2 weeks: We step in and become the main point of contact for your vendors and any special guests.

  • T-1 day: We lead your wedding rehearsal (always available on Saturdays or Sundays)

  • Day of: At least 1 coordinator is on property for 10hrs of event management.

  • T- 3+hrs: Your coordinator will direct vendor set up, + manage moving pieces behind the scenes so you and your partner can sit back and enjoy the day.

  • T- 30 mins: Greet guests and assist with wedding party line up and ceremony procession.

  • Post ceremony: As your day of support, we ensure table layouts are aligned with the vision, help direct guest traffic, oversee flip of the ceremony and reception site as needed.

  • Reception: Cue DJ for all the key moments, manage speakers and timing of catering staff, maintain the schedule and transitions throughout the day.

  • End of night: Direct event space break down by sorting personal items for family and friends to take at the end of the night. We’re there until each vendor exits to make sure the property is left the way it was received.
