How it works

  1. You share your aesthetic goals & priorities for the day.

  2. If you don’t already have a venue, we start a custom search for event spaces that match your aesthetic & budget.

  3. We distribute the $10K to each vendor partner and secure them for your day;
    Coordinator, DJ, Bartender, Florist, & Photographer

  4. BYOC… Bring Your Own Catering & alcohol, then we’ll have one helluva party 🥳

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Two parts. Partnership + LOTS of hustle. Because we have a network of 700+ venues & vendors, we're able to identify vendors for every aesthetic. This allows us to craft a curated package customized to client’s individual tastes. While making sure it’s always at the best price point possible. 🥳

  • Groups greater than 100 require bigger venues and more staffing support. As such, the price moves from $10K to $15K.

    As part of that package you get

    • 2 coordinators

    • 2 bar stations

    • Floral upgrade to include 10 centerpieces; a mix of flowers + candles

    At 151-200 guests, expect $20K. To get an additional bar & More florals including centerpieces for the 30 tables and ceremony flowers.

  • We require a 25% deposit to get started.

    And then you'll have 3 follow up payments (25% each) based on a schedule.

    If our contract begins less than 6 months before the event date, we will require a 50% deposit to get started and secure all our vendor partners.

  • This pack lets us kick off your planning in 3 parts

    1. You fill out your questionnaire to share your aesthetic and give us your color palette & top priorities.

    2. We reach out to our partner network to build your dream team and book everyone for your day based on availability.

    3. We’ll have 2 planning meetings to make sure everything looks and feels cohesive.

    In the event that we have 2 or more available vendors for a particular category who match your vibe (we learn this from the questionnaire) we'll share that and give you the option to choose. + We'll have seasonal emails sprinkled in to review our progress and just to catch up ☺️

  • The biggest difference is that Full planning ...

    1. is way more customizable regarding the vendor selection. We also find ideal vendors in other categories: caterer, hotels, transportation, beauty team, special entertainment, etc..

    2. We're there as your design partner to help make decisions on all the special touches for your celebration.

    Our party pack does not include the vendor elements listed above because we know they are so personal to every party host. As such, we want people to have total agency in those areas.

    If you ever want help in those areas, custom vendor searches and design services can always be added on.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

    We understand that life circumstances can change party plans. As such, clients can cancel at any time before future payment dates to prevent additional charges.

    We will provide seasonal check-ins as a reminder for what's next.

  • Absolutely!

    for an additional $3K, we can add custom centerpieces for 10 tables. OR for an additional $5K, we can add custom centerpieces, and a floral arch. This will be used to cover additional florist time + delivery fees.

    Already included with the $20K Party Pack for up to 200 guests.

  • SURE CAN! We’ll just add that on top of the total fee.
