Design Consultations: We can be your sounding board with up to 1 vision consultation to help optimize the experience with those final touches based on your budget.

Event Flow & Timeline Review: We'll create custom timelines and floor plans and will be the main point of contact with your vendors to finalize party details.
Rehearsal & Venue Visits: We'll be there for the final venue walk-through and to support onsite rehearsal the day before your wedding if schedules allow.
Select Vendor Sourcing: Our team will help you find the perfect for 3-4 vendors who match your unique aesthetic and your ideal price point. Most popular vendor sourcing requests: Venue (counts for 2), Caterer (counts for 2), Photographer, & DJ.
10hrs Event Management: And of course! You'll have your planner on-site to manage all the moving pieces behind the scenes. That way you and your partner can sit back and enjoy the day.
As your day of support, we’ll help with placing centerpieces, directing traffic, maintaining the day’s schedule and transitions throughout the day.
